Using this website

This website describes the services Dominion AI Agency offers to businesses: setting up and managing AI receptionists, AI voice agents, website chat and voice widgets, appointment booking, CRM automation, review requests, websites and AI consulting. The information is general. It is not legal, medical, tax or financial advice, and it does not create any agreement. Any work we do for a business is governed by the separate agreement we make with that business.

Prices

The prices on this site are our current published prices. What is included in a package or service for a particular business is confirmed in writing before work starts.

The AI receptionist on our main line

Calls to our main line are answered by an AI receptionist. It can answer common questions about our services and take messages. It can make mistakes, and nothing it says changes these terms or the agreement you sign with us. For anything important, confirm it with us by email.

Referral links

The tools page contains referral links to HighLevel and ServiceTitan. A signup through either link may pay us a referral fee from that company, and your price does not change. No other page on this site contains referral links.

Text messages and how to opt out

Texting is not live yet. Voice works today. Text messages (missed call text back, text reminders and texted review requests) switch on once carrier approval clears; that approval is the A2P 10DLC registration US carriers require for business texting from a regular local number. These terms describe how texting will work once it is live.

  • We will text you only if you have agreed to receive texts from us, and only about what you agreed to.
  • To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that unless you sign up again.
  • For help, reply HELP or email maurice@dominionwebdesignpro.com.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information, including that no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
