These are the AI agency services Dominion AI Agency sets up and manages for small businesses, grouped into five jobs: answering the phone, answering the website, following up and booking, getting found, and planning what to automate.
Each one is configured by us on HighLevel, tested with practice calls or chats, and kept up to date as part of the monthly fee. Each has its own page with the details, the honest limits and the price. If two services look similar, it is because they answer slightly different questions, and the page for each one says which situation it fits.
Job one: answer the phone
The phone is where most small businesses lose work without noticing. These four services all put an AI on your line; they differ in emphasis.
AI receptionist
The core service. The AI picks up your calls at any hour, greets callers with your business name, answers the common questions from facts you approve, takes complete messages and books appointments into your calendar. AI answering service
For businesses that think in terms of an answering service: after-hours, lunch-hour and overflow calls handled when your own people cannot get to them. Your number forwards to the AI only when you want it to, and messages arrive by email.
AI voice agent
The agent itself, inbound and outbound, and setups with more than one agent. Outbound calling comes with consent rules under federal law, which the page explains. Inbound and outbound agents are part of AI Pro; multiple agents are part of AI Empire.

AI chatbot and voice widget for your website
A chat window, and optionally a talking voice widget, that answers visitors from the same approved facts as your phone agent, collects a name and contact details, and can book an appointment. Conversations land in your CRM so they are not lost in an inbox. It is trained on your information only, and it tells visitors when a question needs a person. AI appointment booking
Booking by phone or chat into a calendar that follows your rules: which services, how long each takes, buffer time, and the hours you take appointments. Confirmations go by email. Whether it can connect to booking software you already use is checked before it is promised.
Missed call text back
An automatic text to anyone whose call you missed. It is not available yet, and we say so plainly: the AI answering the call covers that need by voice today, and the text feature switches on once carrier approval clears.
CRM automation and follow-up
A pipeline that records every lead from calls, chats and forms, with automated email follow-up so inquiries do not go cold in your head. Review requests after a finished job are part of it; review management on its own is from $197 a month.
Business automation services
The repeat tasks around the CRM: internal alerts, handing a lead to the right person, tagging, reminders to yourself, moving records when a job is done. We map what you do by hand and automate the parts that do not need judgment.
Texting is not live yet. Voice works today. Text messages (missed call text back, text reminders and texted review requests) switch on once carrier approval clears; that approval is the A2P 10DLC registration US carriers require for business texting from a regular local number. Until then, confirmations, follow-up and review requests run by email, and the voice agent handles the call itself.
Job four: get found
AI marketing: lead generation, reviews and social
For businesses whose phones are quiet rather than overwhelmed. AI lead generation starts from $197 a month and social media automation from $97 a month. Websites start at $497 one time, and SEO pages are part of the AI Empire package.
This is the one group where results depend heavily on things outside our control, such as your market and your reviews, so the page explains what we do without promising a number of leads.
Job five: plan before you buy
AI consulting for small business
A conversation about how your business actually runs, which tasks AI can take over, which it should not touch, and what to do first. Useful when you know you want AI but not where. There is no published consulting price; ask.
