AI for Restaurants

The phone rings hardest exactly when nobody can answer it

Seven o'clock on a Friday, every table is turning, and the phone is ringing with people asking whether you take reservations, what time you close, and whether you can do a party of twenty next month. The first two waste your host's time. The third is real money, and it is the one most likely to be missed.

An AI line takes the repeat questions off your floor entirely and captures the enquiries that are actually worth something — catering, private events, large parties — with the date, headcount and contact details already written down. Your host stays on the floor with the guests who are already in the room.

What it actually does

Answers the questions asked fifty times a night

Hours, location, parking, whether you take walk-ins, what is on the menu.

Captures catering and large-party enquiries

Date, headcount, budget and contact details taken properly the first time.

Takes reservations

Or points callers at your booking system if you already run one.

Keeps the host on the floor

Fewer interruptions during service, better experience for the guests in front of you.

What it does not do

If you are on OpenTable, Resy or Toast, the agent works alongside it rather than replacing it — and we check how your system handles outside bookings before switching anything on.

What it costs

AI Starter is $597/month and covers the inbound agent, CRM setup and monthly reporting. AI Pro at $1,097/month adds outbound and the full automation stack. Setup, training and support are included in both.

One thing worth saying plainly: voice works today, texting does not yet. Carrier approval for automated SMS is still in process, so we sell the answering service now and switch text reminders on when it clears. We would rather tell you that up front than have you find out after you have paid.

See it answer your phone

The fastest way to judge this is to hear it handle a call the way restaurants actually get them.
