AI for Contractors

The estimate you never quoted because you were on a ladder

Homeowners shopping a remodel, a roof or a fence call three or four contractors in an afternoon and go with whoever gets back to them first. You are on a job site with dirty hands and a nail gun running. By the time you check the phone at six, two of those jobs are already spoken for.

An AI line answers every one of those calls while you work, and asks the questions you would ask: what the job is, roughly how big, when they want it done, and whether they have a budget in mind. You get a qualified list at the end of the day instead of four voicemails that all say 'call me back'.

What it actually does

Answers from the job site

Every call picked up whether or not you can get to the phone.

Qualifies before you drive out

Job type, scope, timeline and budget range captured up front.

Books the estimate

Address and access details taken, appointment put on your calendar.

Sorts the serious from the tyre-kickers

So the callbacks you make in the evening are the ones worth making.

What it does not do

It will not price a job. Scope on remodel and roofing work needs eyes on the property, and any agent that quotes a number sight-unseen creates a problem for you later. It gathers what you need to decide whether the drive is worth it.

What it costs

AI Starter is $597/month and covers the inbound agent, CRM setup and monthly reporting. AI Pro at $1,097/month adds outbound and the full automation stack. Setup, training and support are included in both.

One thing worth saying plainly: voice works today, texting does not yet. Carrier approval for automated SMS is still in process, so we sell the answering service now and switch text reminders on when it clears. We would rather tell you that up front than have you find out after you have paid.

See it answer your phone

The fastest way to judge this is to hear it handle a call the way contractors actually get them.
